Payment
We accept payments via credit card and PayPal.

Shipping
We ship with DHL Standard and UPS from Germany. After receipt of payment, delivery usually takes 2-8 working days - depending on the recipient country.
(If you live in a country to which we do not regularly ship, please write us an email, then we can organize an individual order - this also applies to express shipping requests for an additional fee.)

Costs 14,00 EUR for flat shipping fee to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Monaco, Portugal, Spain

Costs 20,00 EUR for flat shipping fee to: Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Holy See (Vatican City State), UK

Costs 29,00 EUR for flat shipping fee to: Serbia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman

Costs 35,00 EUR for flat shipping fee to: USA, Australia, New Zealand

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, UAE) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. These are not included in the purchase price and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Amounts depend on the regulations of the destination country. Your bank may also charge fees, e.g. for currency conversion. We'd be happy to advise you on this—just ask us!
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Returns
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for orders, including orders for sale items. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. You have to return or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days at the latest. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. That means including labels and packaging. You will receive a refund for the returned items no later than 14 days after receipt of your return via the payment method you used for your purchase.
