Payment
We accept payments via credit card and PayPal and giropay
Shipping
We ship with DHL Standard and UPS from Berlin. After receipt of payment, delivery usually takes 2-14 working days - depending on the recipient country.
(If you live in a country to which we do not regularly ship, please write us an email, then we can organize an individual order - this also applies to express shipping requests for an additional fee.)

Costs 14,00 EUR for flat shipping fee to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain
Costs 26,00 EUR for flat shipping fee to: Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Holy See (Vatican City State), UK
Costs 45,00 EUR for flat shipping fee to: Japan, Singapore, Australia, Canada, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia
Deliveries to some countries may incur additional costs for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
Returns
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for orders, including orders for sale items. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. You have to return or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days at the latest. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. That means including labels and packaging. You will receive a refund for the returned items no later than 14 days after receipt of your return via the payment method you used for your purchase.
