Our scarves are not themselves a particular source of danger. However, if you are allergic to certain types of wool, pay attention to the stated material composition when buying. In order to avoid unexpected hazardous situations or physical injuries, we would like to point out that our products should not be used in a way that takes them away from their natural purpose. When using the products, always ensure that they do not get caught on moving objects/situations: escalators, bus doors, train doors, bicycle spokes, elevators, or similar could be a source of danger if our products get caught in them. When using with children, ensure safe storage and avoid covering the face or head.

Fire Safety:

Wool is flame retardant; it does not burn but smolders and chars. Nevertheless, keep the scarf away from naked flames (e.g. candles, fireplaces) and hot surfaces. Do not use in conjunction with electric heating pads, fan heaters or hot water bottles. Only use the scarf as intended and in a dry environment. Do not reuse if damaged (e.g. by heat or embers). We recommend particular caution for households with children, pets or open fires.
